After activating ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 and proposed updates , the bug
is fixed for me. Should this be left open until the main repositories
catch up?

Description of bug:
Battery status in top panel is not updating and seems to be stuck at whatever
state and charge level it was during startup.
Note! tp-smapi is in use to control charging and it reports correct levels
for the battery. See the attached screen capture.
Not sure what package this should be pinned to, please change if
incorrect.
