no MSN file transfer

Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
MSN file transfer doesn't work. There is no option [send file] actived when I
chat with my contacts(all of them use Windows Live Messenger).
1. I can't send file to anyone.
2. People send me files and *no one got error messages* , neither me neither
them. So I have to ask: "Did you try to send me a file?".
