Bug description:
Binary package hint: empathy
I just added an ICQ contact and the contact successfully got added
without any confirmation on the other end. I can see him online and
chat but he can't see me unless he adds me as a contact from his end.
but after a reconnect i cannot see him nor he can see me ( that's
another bug#461400)
