Title:
Drop down menu has a lot of empty space
Status in “gtk+3.0” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hi.
The problem I describe bellow probably exists in other drop down menus, but
I was quickly able to locate it in Save dialogs of LibreOffice and GIMP.
Please see screenshot attached. As you might be able to see - if file
types menu has a lot of options then there is big empty space displayed when
menu is first shown. One can scroll to fill in that empty space, but in case of
GIMP it takes whole screen and looks ugly.
The expected behavior would be to display menu without any empty
areas.
I'd be happy to provide any additional information if required.
Thanks.
