Bug description:
1 : open gwibber maximised with many tweets
2 : scroll down to the end of tweets
3: unmaximise window
scrollbar has disappeared !
1 : open gwibber maximised with many tweets
2 : scroll down just a little so that scrollbar can fit in the unmaximised
window
3: unaximise window
you can scroll down and get out of the window until the end of the screen
