I've Firefox version 10.0.2 on Xubuntu 11.10. Every time I go to
either www.gnome-look.org or www.xfce-look.org the browser crashes,
even when running it in safe mode with all the add-ons disabled.

Please let me know if can provide some other output from my system to
resolve this. Otherwise, shall I switch to Chromium, which never
crashes but collects all my browsing data and such?

This is the version of the package that the system uses:

  firefox:
    Installed: 10.0.2+build1-0ubuntu0.11.10.1
    Candidate: 10.0.2+build1-0ubuntu0.11.10.1
