Hi, are you still seeing this issue? As far as I know this has long since been fixed in new Ubuntu releases. Are you still using the same version of Ubuntu and are you still able to reproduce this bug?
Being able to verify that this is reproducible in a new Ubuntu release or in the same release if you haven't yet updated would help us tremendously in being able to debug your issue and see it to a fast resolution.
