Title:
  Vertical scroll bar on Gwibber doesn't scroll back to the top

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Case:

  1. open Gwibber;
  2. scroll down;
  3. scroll back up as much as you can, by dragging the scroll bar.

  Expected result: goes back to the very top, showing the latest
  tweet/update.

  Actual result: the top tweet/update shown isn't the last. If the
  mouse, keyboard, or scroll bar arrows are used to scroll down then
  back up, it is possible to go back to the latest tweet/update.
