Public bug reported:

I've been running @ 175% fractional scaling pretty much since the
feature was released. With upgrading to gnome 49/ubuntu 25.10, things
initially seem fine, but if I open up the display settings the scale
shows 100%, and only includes 166% instead of 175% as an option. If I
swap to one of the supported options (100, 150, 166, 200, etc), I can no
longer return to 175 without manually editing monitors.xml and
restarting gnome. Alas, 175% is in the goldilocks zone as 166% is too
small and 200% is too big :) Can 175% be added back as a supported
choice?

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
