As it turns out, this is because DialogMirror.py was never ported to Qt6. [Test Plan] Steps to reproduce. 1) Go to "Software Sources" 2) Go to "Ubuntu Software" tab 3) On the "Download from:" field select the option "Other..." in the dropdown. Expected result: A dialog opens which allows selecting a mirror and mirror is actually selected and used. Actual result: "Software Sources" tab freezes for ~1 second and the dialog is not opened. [What problems could occur] There may be more issues that could occur, such as other fields being incomplete, but this has been well-tested.
