That doesn't look related to me. As I mentioned the widget visually reacts to keyboard, but no action is invoked.

This affects equally the raw GNOME Shell dash panel, and the dash-to- dock extension which re-uses the same widget as raw GNOME Shell. Steps to reproduce: 1. Ctrl+Alt+Tab cycle to "Dash" 2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Show Apps" icon 3. Press the Enter button The button changes color indicating it is being pressed, but the apps grid does not show up. This is a regression from plucky to questing.
