Bug description:
[ Impact ]
The Wellbeing panel in GNOME Settings shows close to 24h screen time
every day, because it does not account for the machine being
suspended.
This bug was fixed in GNOME Shell 48.1
Upstream issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/8185
[ Test Plan ]
1. Apply the update
2. Log out and log back in
3. Suspend the machine
4. Come back the next day
5. Verify that the Screen Time in Settings > Wellbeing did not include the
time the machine was asleep.
[ Where problems could occur ]
The patch only affects the time tracking in the Wellbeing settings.
Problems could manifest with the reported screen time being still wrong.
