Ubuntu Insights is a replacement for Ubuntu Report that was planned to
be included in Questing (alongside Ubuntu Report for 25.10, standalone
in 26.04).
The MIR process wasn't completed before feature freeze, so this FFe
request is necessary to complete the seeding changes, adding the ubuntu-
insights package to both the ubuntu-desktop-minimal and wsl seeds.
