Public bug reported:

The NvidiaDetector components appear to be unused since Focal. There are
no references to it in software-properties-common, it appears subsumed
by the main u-d-c package, and I'm not seeing any test failures or
functional impact with it removed.

For future Ubuntu releases only, this should be removed if it is no
longer supported or in use.
