Thanks for the bug report.
Please:
1. Explain the steps used in "suspend my screen, then turn on the
screen".
2. Run:
gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen
and tell us the result.
3. Delete any local extensions you may have:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and log in again.
4. If the problem still happens then next time it does after turning on
the screen, run:
journalctl -b0 > journal-on-wakeup.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
5. Note you also seem to be experiencing amdgpu kernel driver crashes.
I'm not sure how that could cause this bug in a Wayland session, but it
certainly could in a Xorg session.

Title:
After I suspend my screen, when I turn on my screen, I don't need to
type the password. I checked my settings and bios, everything is fine
.
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Laptop Model: HP Pavilion Laptop 16-ag0010ca.
My Bios Version: F.08.
Issue: When I suspend my screen, then turn on the screen, it
completely skips the login screen. I checked settings, it says I need
to type a password everytime I suspend it. I updated my bios to the
latest version today.
When: I noticed this problem when I turned off windows fast restart. I
turned it back on and the problem still exists.
This makes my computer vulnerable to physical attacks and the public.
