This happens if an extension crashes while being disabled and re-enabled
after waking up.

Please deleted any local extensions:

  cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
  rm -rf extensions

and then log in again. If the problem still happens after than then run:

  gnome-extensions list --enabled

and tell us what you see.

  Ubuntu 24.04, all gnome extensions get turned off after waking up from sleep
  Noticed since: past 1-2 week.

  I'm using an intel integrated GPU as the main, and an Nvidia 4070ti as a 
secondary GPU.
  The issue happens on both X11 and Wayland.
