Bug description:
If the GPO is very large, there is a buffer.io thrown in the backend
of adsys. Backport to Jammy.
ERROR Error from server: error while updating policy: can't get
policies for "hostname redacted": one or more error while parsing
downloaded elements: /var/cache/adsys/sysvol/Policies/{UUID
redacted}/Machine/Registry.pol: can't parse policy: invalid policy:
bufio.Scanner: token too long

[ Impact ]
Without the fix, users of adsys will continue to see parsing GPO
failures in the logs and adsys will fail to parse the large GPO with
exiting early.
