Elements of the UI are missing upon waking the system. System was left
unused for 2 to 4 hours, but upon waking there are certain elements that
are malfunctioning and are not displaying.
This problem can be noticed in the notifications area where the actual
notification area itself does not display. When hovering over that area
it transforms to show that it's there, but without icons. Upon clicking
and opening notifications the actual notifications themselves are
missing as well as the calendar.
