Bug description:
When using the keyboard (Ctrl+Alt+TAB) to switch between desktop
elements, the desktop icons window has an odd name.

  [ Impact ]

This bug affects to any user that works with the keyboard instead a
mouse, and mainly to those that depend on a screen reader, because the
desktop icons window has an odd name like "@!0,0;BDHF".

This has been fixed upstream and in Questing:
  https://gitlab.com/rastersoft/desktop-icons-ng/-/merge_requests/447

  [ Test plan ]

To test this, just keep pressed Ctrl+Alt+TAB. A popup window will
appear with four elements, and one of them will be the desktop
window(s). If the window has the name "Desktop icons 1", then it works
fine; if it has an odd name like "@!0,0;BDHF", then it's not working.
There will be one window per physical monitor.

[ Where problems could occur ]

The patch touches mainly the extension itself, and the "X11 emulator
for Wayland". This can result, if there is a bug, in an incorrect
window size and/or placement, resulting in desktop icons misplaced, or
even a failure to launch the desktop icons application.
