Thanks! I can see some recurring issues there with atomic KMS reported
by both the kernel and the compositor. So I don't know if it's software
to blame or even a hardware problem (docks are often the problem so try
testing without a dock).
To work around all such issues I can only recommend adding this to
/etc/environment:
MUTTER_DEBUG_FORCE_KMS_MODE=simple
and reboot. If that provides a permanent workaround for you then great.
Other than that I can only recommend removing the dock from the equation
or trying a newer kernel. The easiest way to try a newer kernel is to
use the interim release: Ubuntu 25.04.
