Remote logins have lower privileges to the hardware than physical
logins, so I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature. Bug 2077538 is a
kind of similar issue.

  Can't control wifi or bluetooth on RDP

Bug description:
  In settings, in WiFi and Bluetooth tabs, I get "no WiFi adapter found"
  / "No Bluetooth found", when logged in using RDP.

  When not using RDP, it's working fine.
