I am very shure, that this is not a duplicat, because the symptoms are
completly different.
In fact all other sttings panels are available and my taskbar did not
disappear.
In the end the reason may be the same.
But marking it as duplicate sounds like it is not worth to be investigated
which can cause the failor of finding a solution for it.
