This is a new stable release in the 46.x series for gnome-control-
center, which is covered by the GNOME MRE.

gnome-control-center is the application for modifying settings of the GNOME
desktop.
Problems could manifest in the sections of the app listed above, or the
application might crash or fail to start. The test plan aims to verify that no
regressions are introduced by this update.
