Title:
Terminal font rendering issue with Burmese locale on Ubuntu 24.04
  (Oracular)

Status in gnome-terminal package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When the system language is set to Burmese (မြန်မာစာ) on Ubuntu 24.04
(Oracular), GNOME Terminal does not properly render text using a monospace
font. Characters are spaced inconsistently, making the terminal output hard to
read.
Switching back to English fixes the issue, and text appears correctly
monospace.
