Bug description:
Dell XPS 13 9380
Intel i3-8145U
This computer does not show the brightness control in the GNOME system
menu (upper right). This the case in the up-to-date Plucky install and
when booted to the latest Plucky live image.
It does show up when I boot to a 24.10 live image. And I'm fairly
certain it was present when I first tried Plucky live and when I
installed. The log reports I used the image from 2025-03-16.
