I have two monitors. The primary monitor has the title bar with the
clock, battery level, etc. The secondary monitor has no tittle bar. If I
try to move the mouse from the primary screen to the secondary while
it's on the title bar, it just gets stuck at the edge of the screen and
can't move across. This does not happen in the other direction; when
moving from the secondary screen to the primary, it can move directly
onto the title bar.
