Desktop Scaling 150% and when in Path of Exile 2 the menu isn't
rendered correctly

Bug description:
The main menu isn't centered on the screen and renders the top left of
the menu and is missing the whole main menu screen. Put the scaling
back to 100% and the issue is gone. Fullscreen mode and on a Ultra
wide LG 3840x1600 resolution screen.
