## Overview

Follow these steps to reproduce the bug:

1- Open an app such as Firefox or Chrome (let's assume Firefox)
2- Perform an operation that downloads a file of a type that Nautilus can 
generate thumbnails for
3- Then click on the Open File

You'll see that Ubuntu doesn't show the thumbnail for the just
downloaded file.

4- Open Nautilus and open the folder where you downloaded the file into
5- It shows the thumbnail
6- Go back to Firefox and click on Open again.

You'll see that Ubuntu shows the thumbnail this time.
