Title:
GNOME OSK caps-lock needs 2 clicks to reset

Status in GNOME Shell:
  Unknown
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The GNOME Shell On-Screen-Keyboard supports turning the Shift button
into a Caps-Lock by long-pressing it. To unset the Caps-Lock state you
currently need to click it twice (either fast or slow, short or long
presses); that seems like a bug.
