Public bug reported: When I'm using multi monitor connection to gnome-remote-desktop, the second monitor performance is terrible. Specifically, updates on the secondary screen are noticeably slower than on the primary screen, particularly when running applications like the right-mouse menu or text editors.
I tested client against windows 10 box with RDP session, and there was no issue there. This is problem that has been reported upstream https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/3220. According to communication, the problem has been fixed and patch was merged. The question is - is it possible to backport this and patch the version of gnome that is shipped with Ubuntu 24.04?
