I have ubuntu 24.04 and gnome-text-editor 46.3-0ubuntu2

I try ot open txt file: ISO-8859 text and its open with unknown symbols. I 
think 
its beacuse of encoding. Is any way to setup ISO-8859 of editor or maybe in 
future add support?
