After enabled the proposed channel on 24.04.2, I could view the
'Parental Controls' icon in 'Show Apps'.

Bug description:
  [Impact]

  On 24.04, after installing the malcontent-gui 0.11.1~1ubuntu1, I could
  not find this application in 'Show Apps'.

  And there is
  /usr/share/applications/org.freedesktop.MalcontentControl.desktop
  file, there is one item "NotShowIn=GNOME;" to not show it.

  Here is fix from upstream.

  https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pwithnall/malcontent/-/merge_requests/175

  [Test Plan]

   * Find a machine with 24.04

   * Install malcontent-gui
    $ sudo apt install -y malcontent-gui
   * Open the App lists at bottom-left icon in panel to check if there is
'Parental Controls' icon.

  [Where problems could occur]

   * This patch is picked from upstream, it's low risk.
