By the prioritization logic here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/0/06/Prioritizing_Bugs_Flowchart.jpg
I believe the priority of this bug should be set to MEDIUM ("Makes it substantially harder for users to produce professional-quality work") - and certainly not HIGHEST. There are lots of duplicates and a long CC list, so maybe HIGH is in order, but - this doesn't seem like like highest-priority. And 14 years after it was filed, LO developers seem to agree :-( That being said - I would also very much appreciate this being implemented - especially since this is possible in Draw and Impress. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to libreoffice in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1481835 Title: [UPSTREAM] Unable to group raster image(s) with drawing object(s) Status in LibreOffice: Confirmed Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu: In Progress Bug description: Steps to reproduce: 1.
