Thanks for helping Svin, really appreciated. I extended the logging patch and just tried the result in the build machine instead of the one I write from, and voila, there I do get the bug and the log says:

That says that the check 'expected_hash.size() != hash_size()' is being entered, causing the entry to be marked as invalid and thereafter deleted.
