Since `ulimit -n` returns the same result in gnome-console (kgx), I'm
swapping the affected package to vte2.91. Both gnome-console and ptyxis
use the gtk4 version of vte2.91. gnome-terminal uses the gtk3 version of
vte2.91.

** Package changed: ptyxis (Ubuntu) => vte2.91 (Ubuntu)
