I can confirm this on 24.10. `ubuntu-drivers debug` and `ubuntu-drivers list` both took over 4 minutes. This is utterly insane on a system with an NVME SSD. Especially since `ubuntu-drivers list` is also used by `ubuntu-bug` and the Drivers GUI. I have attached the log from running `ubuntu-drivers debug`, it appears that the issue is caused by it doing a lot of duplicate work.
