* Disable selinux support. On Ubuntu, we ship AppArmor by default, and selinux support adds a useless and technical entry to the properties panel. (LP: #886983) - debian/control.in: remove libselinux1-dev build-depend. -- Marc Deslauriers <marc.deslauri...@ubuntu.com> Sun, 05 Feb 2012 01:14:45 -0500 ** Changed in: nautilus (Ubuntu) Status: Triaged => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/886983 Title: properties panel should not show SELinux context information Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Since Ubuntu uses AppArmor by default, the nautilus properties panel shouldn't show the SELinux context information. This is technical information that is useless to the user on a default Ubuntu installation. We could simply remove selinux from the debian/control file, which would remove all SELinux integration in nautilus, or we could figure out at nautilus runtime if selinux or apparmor is actually loaded in the kernel. We could also simply not display the field if the value is "Unknown".
