Title:
Incorrect appearance of touchpad animation in Gnome Settings

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In GNOME settings, version 47.0.1, there is an appearance bug with one
of the touchpad animations in the touchpad settings page. The tap-to-
click touchpad animation does not look quite right. The touchpad
square is solid orange (or whatever theme colour is set), and not grey
  as with the other animations.

Also on the topic of theme colours, the accent theme colour does not
apply properly to the touchpad tap-to-click animation with certain
colours, with orange it is okay, but with say green or lavender the
colours of the animation become totally wrong.

Attached is a ZIP archive with screenshots showing this bug in action.
Please look into this appearance bug as soon as possible.
