Hello Dirk, or anyone else affected, Accepted libmbim into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libmbim/1.28.0-1~ubuntu20.04.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
