  If scaling (200% or fractional scaling like 125%, etc.) is enabled, cursor 
sizes are wrong (too big) with KDE Plasma.

  This happens with gtk4 4.16 on Ubuntu 24.10. I don't believe this
  happens with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. There is a fix for GNOME 48 (Ubuntu
  25.04) but it also requires mutter changes.
