Public bug reported:

After upgrade to Ubuntu 24.04 from 23.10 I can't access my email server
settings in thunderbird on any of my email mailbox with following error:

error:XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://messenger/content/am-server.xhtml
Line Number 171, Column 21:
                    <menuitem
--------------------^

See attachment

When I disable the single add-on which I have installed, error is not fixed.
Same error appears when I create new profile.

When I enable Troubleshoot mode, then error disappears and I can access
server settings on all emails.

Thunderbird in is installed with Snap.

$ snap list | grep thunder
thunderbird 128.3.1esr-1 532 latest/stable
