Public bug reported:

Affects snap packages of brave and plex mostly.
In brave, when you open the app, everything looks fine, but the first tab you
load is mostly black, and if you move the cursor around, it will sometimes load
the image below where the cursor is, then go black again when you move the
cursor. If you open a second tab, the issue does not appear in the second tab,
or from then on. If you just close brave and reopen, the same issue occurs.
In plex, it opens fine, then some of the images show as white boxes. The white
boxes move around when you move the cursor.
The plex issue only occurs sometimes.
The brave issue occurs every time.
Restarting does not fix the issue.
The apps don't crash.
snap refresh does not resolve the issue.
