I don't agree with the issue importance set to "Low". It should be set
to "Medium" or even "High" in my opinion.

As I already pointed out, this issue seems to happen in 100% cases, for
_all_ users who have an app folder with more than one page and try to
move any app (from) there or arrange the existing ones. It looks very
bad, broken and is extremely annoying especially because after this
happens, the user *must* log out and log in again in order to fix it.

Please, consider changing the importance level to at least "Medium".

  Ubuntu 24.04.1 with gnome-shell 46.0 (with Ubuntu patches).

  Dragging an app out of the app folder causes the folder corners to
  glitch. See the attached screencast.

  Closing and re-opening the Shell Overview does not fix the issue and
  user must log out in order to fix this.
