In the test plan: > Toggle the Active Screen edges setting and verify the shell behaves according > to the configuration
This always acts as though it was active, insofar as dragging a window to a screen edge always results in the orange box to resize it. I think that is the tiling extension that is overruling the behavior so I'd not fail on that but the test probably needs updating. > Enable/Disable the desktop icons, change the size and position. Verify that > the desktop view refreshes according to the settings The positioning is not being reflected, as can be seen in the attached screen shot, so this must be a verification-failed. ** Attachment added: "Screenshot from 2024-10-08 09-50-31.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2080611/+attachment/5825862/+files/Screenshot%20from%202024-10-08%2009-50-31.png ** Tags removed: verification-needed-noble ** Tags added: verification-failed-noble -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2080611 Title: [SRU] Backport gnome-control-center 46.4 to Noble Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in gnome-control-center source package in Noble: Fix Committed Bug description: Impact ------ This is a minor point release update for Gnome Control Center, which has a minor release exception: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates/GNOME.
