Thanks for the bug report. It appears you're stuck in software rendering
mode because the proper Intel kernel graphics driver was never loaded:

  Added device '/dev/dri/card0' (simpledrm) using atomic mode setting.

So that's why it's slow at least.

Next please run:

  lspci -k > lspci.txt
  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
  journalctl -b-1 > prevjournal.txt
  dpkg -l > packages.txt

and attach the resulting text files here.
