Is this still a problem with the Ubuntu version you are using now?

Can you explain what that means exactly. Does it only happen when you
return to your session after the screen has turned black or locked?

language layout switch does not work

Bug description:
When switching language to Russian I still can only type English.
It happens sometimes and reboot helps to fix it for some time (hours days).
This is always on machine with on/off screen.
