Pipewire on Ubuntu 22.10 beta

Bug description:
Pipewire on Ubuntu 22.10 has these following on errors when systemd
logs are examined like org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied error,
mod.rt: Can't find xdg-portal and pipewire[2204]: mod.rt: found
session bus but no portal. I have been using the SonyWH-1000XM4 and
the AAC codec is not showing up in the settings as one of the codecs
that it can use and this also the case with my other bluetooth devices
that support the AAC codec.
