Title:
Remote Desktop Sharing reactivates itself, cannot be permanently
  disabled (on GUI)

Status in gnome-remote-desktop package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
On Ubuntu 22.04 with Wayland, once you activate, from the Settings
application, Sharing, and Remote Desktop Sharing, it is not possible
to permanently deactivate it on the GUI.

While it is still possible to deactivate it temporarily, this will
only last until next reboot. After a reboot, Remote Desktop Sharing
  will be active again.

This means that a service which provides remote access and system
control, which the user has chosen to deactivate, actually remains
active / respawns, and available for remote login. This behavior is
unexpected to the user and can have security impact.
