Public bug reported:

Since the upgrade to jammy alt+tab doesn't work any more properly when
hitting it very fast.

Doing a slow Alt+Tab works fine, but just quickly hitting the two keys
will not switch the window any more, instead a notification bubble will
appear says "Application XYZ is ready".

It kinda feels like it's a race between the alt+tab and the focus
stealing prevention. I.e. if one is fast enough, the windows are swapped
before the focus stealing prevention realizes that the user actually
wants to change focus and prevents the new window coming to the front,
just displaying the notification bubble instead.

FWIW, this is on X11, not sure if wayland would be affected too as
wayland is not an option for the Dell XPS yet due to HighDPI screen
scaling not working good enough yet.
