I've observed a similar issue, since the Ubuntu 22.04 upgrade. Though, I can not confirm 100% that the issue happened exactly on the updated date. It might have been caused by one of the Firefox upgrades. I am currently on version 100.
For me, the focus in the save dialog constantly switches to the file list area. It makes it almost impossible to type the file name. When I type one character, this character is inserted into the file name edit field. But then the focus changes to the file list area. Type "Ubuntu - 2" to replace the default file name ("Enterprise Open Source and Linux | Ubuntu.html"). This time, your typing fails: the file dialog is not in focus. Expected behavior anytime when opening a File dialog: the file dialog should have keyboard focus. Observed behavior: the file dialog does not have focus, except the very first time in the session.
